I am happy!
It took a long time, but I did the work. I examined my emotions and behaviors and traced them back to where they began - hurts from my childhood, hurts from my past. Then I prayed, listened to the Holy Spirit and applied God’s Word to heal me from the past still lingering in my heart and my head. Some days I miss a step, some days I fail and have to reset, but overall I am happy, at peace and feel loved and blessed.
If you are feeling down, I encourage you to spend some personal time with God, meditate on His Word and apply those same words to your own life.
Over time your hurts will be healed, God will restore your passion and purpose and you will be - happy!
Happiness takes work, happiness is day by day process.
