What do we all have in common?
We are all Believers connected together. Every person has a purpose. Whether they know it or not, they have a purpose.
Purpose connects us to God because He is the creator. Purpose also connects us to other Believers and others who do not believe our faith.
Imagine if you were in a room and you knew your purpose (ex. teach elementary children, missionary to Cameroon, Africa, art therapist, a writer, a pastor, a cook) and you stood in a circle with ten or a hundred or a thousand or more Believers that knew their purpose - what would that feel like? What would you share? What insight and information do you think you would receive? What testimonies would you receive? What Word would you hear? What encouragement would you receive? Can you image what emotions, thoughts, and creativity would be released? Can you imagine the presence of God and the Holy Spirit in the center of it all?
Can you imagine what would happen if you, me and every one of the people in that room edified each other, then took their encouragement and purpose and shared it with someone outside of that room to Believers and non-believers?
That is the power of purpose.
That is why you are here, that is why you have a purpose, to connect the dots - to give your life as a sacrifice to God and do His will so others can learn and experience the Good News of Jesus Christ through you.
That is why purpose is so important.
